THE HISTORY

Starting as a cost containment company, Hampton Companies developed into an enterprise with diverse business functions including, but not limited to, employee benefits risk management, HR workflow automation, benefits administration, commercial property investment and management as well as charity in and around our community. Hampton Companies was named after the late Adam Hampton, who died in an automobile accident in January, 2004. Adam had an incredibly entrepreneurial spirit and his spirit lives on in our ventures.

Philip Donegan

As the Founder & CEO of Hampton Companies, Phil has an actuarial background with extensive experience in the risk management, underwriting, program management, third party administration, cost containment, alternative funding and HR data work flow automation. Phil is a graduate of Penn State University, and resides in Bucks County with his wife Katie and their three children.
