We’re excited to announce the launch of AccruView™, a new feature available on Hampton’s HHA Platform for HR and other partner applications, that will provide your employees with details of their benefit accruals anytime, anywhere.
AccruView™ produces a detailed accounting of the allocation of wage parity / fringe benefit funds to individual hourly benefits based on rules provided by the employer and in some cases the employee where individual options are offered. The total compensation conforms to wage parity laws, with supplemental wage rates determined based on date of service and worksite location.
